Article 1 – General terms and conditions
The webshop is operated by SANDERS PARTS BV, with registered office in 9310 Meldert, Vossenhofsweg 13, registered in the register of legal entities under number 0476.893.570 (hereafter “Sanders Parts”).

These General Conditions apply to every order placed by a visitor on this website (“the Customer”). Placing an order THROUGH the webshop of Sanders Parts is considered as an explicit acceptance of these Conditions.

These conditions are published on the website and send along with the order confirmation. Other conditions apply only when Sanders Parts has accepted them in writing.

Sanders Parts can change the Conditions at any time. Any order placed after the change will be deemed to have been accepted by the Customer.

In case one of these conditions would not be valid for any reason, the other conditions will still apply.

Article 2 – Price
All prices stated are in euros and always include VAT and all other compulsory charges or taxes will be charged to the Customer.

If delivery, reservation or administrative costs are charged, this will be stated separately.

The price stated applies exclusively to the articles as described literally.

Article 3 – Offers
Despite the fact that the online catalogue and webshop are compiled with the greatest possible care, it is still possible that the information offered is incomplete, contains material errors or is not up to date. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Sanders Parts. Sanders Parts is, regarding the correctness and completeness of the offered information, only obligated to a means obligation. Sanders Parts is in no way liable in case of obvious material errors, typesetting or printing errors.

The offer is always subject to availability and can at any time be changed or withdrawn by Sanders Parts. Sanders Parts cannot be held responsible for any unavailability of an article.

Article 4 – Delivery and performance of the contract
Articles ordered from the webshop will be delivered to addresses located in the Benelux, France & Germany. The Customer can also choose to pick up the ordered items at the warehouse of Sanders parts.

Unless otherwise agreed or expressly provided, the articles will be delivered to the address given by the Customer within 30 calendar days after ordering.

Any visible damage and / or qualitative shortcomings of a product or other shortcomings in the delivery must be reported by the Customer to Sanders Parts immediately;

The risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer as soon as he (or a third party appointed by him, not being the carrier) has received physical possession of the goods.

Article 5 – Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will end 14 calendar days after the day on which the Customer or a third party appointed by the Customer, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the article.

During the withdrawal period, the Customer shall handle the article and its packaging with care. The Customer shall only unpack or use the article to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the article. As soon as a diagnostic device is registered to the Customer, the right of withdrawal shall lapse.

The Customer may also complete the model withdrawal form or any other clearly worded statement electronically and send it through our website If the Customer makes use of this option, Sanders Parts will send the Customer an acknowledgement of receipt of his withdrawal on a durable data carrier (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.

In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, the Customer must send his notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

The Customer must return the goods without delay and in any case not later than 14 calendar days after the day on which he communicated his decision to cancel the contract to Sanders Parts. The Customer is in time if he returns the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods will be charged to the Customer.

If the Customer cancels the contract, Sanders Parts will refund all payments received from the Customer up to that point, including the standard delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 calendar days after Sanders Parts has received the returned goods, or until the Customer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods, whichever comes first.

Sanders Parts will reimburse the Customer by the same means of payment the Customer used for the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise, in which case no additional costs will be charged.

Article 6 – Warranty
Sanders Parts is liable for each lack of conformity that exists at the delivery of the article and that manifests itself within a term of 2 years as from said delivery. The Customer has to inform Sanders Parts, in writing, of each lack of conformity within a period of 2 months after the discovery of it. In the absence of such notification within 2 months after the finding, the Customer loses his right to make a claim against Sanders Parts for lack of conformity.

The Customer can in no case make a claim under the guarantee for normal wear and tear of the article, in the case of abnormal use, in the case of non-compliance with the maintenance instructions or in the case of damage to the article caused by intent or negligence.

Article 7 – Privacy Statement
By placing an order, the customer declares to have read the privacy statement of Sanders Parts.

Failure at any time by Sanders Parts to enforce any of the rights listed in these Conditions, or to exercise any of these rights, will never be seen as a renunciation of such provision and will never affect the validity of these rights.

 These General Terms and Conditions are subject to the provisions of Belgian law. In case of dispute, only the courts of the registered office of Sanders Parts are competent, or the courts of the residence of the Customer if he is a private person.
