In order to renew the licence of your Autel tablet, we need your serial number. This serial number of your tablet can be found in two ways:
– on the back of your tablet under the barcode
– Through the menu of your tablet: settings > about

On the back of your tablet, you will find the serial number at the bottom of the barcode. In the example below, the serial number is circled in blue.
Get the serial number in the system menu.
Go to settings > about.

Our devices contain by default the language Dutch/French. In the dropdown menu you can also choose French/English or Dutch/English.
Yes, you can. The following languages are available: German, Italian, Russian, Polish, Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish and Turkish. You must request these languages in the comment box during checkout.
